Deborah Morse is a registered yoga teacher - 650+ hour certification with the Yoga Alliance. She provides this website in the hope you will discover and deepen your practice every day. Deborah practices in a style influenced by vinyasa flow, power, ashtanga, iyengar, and restorative for the past 10 years and taught for 7 years. Teacher training has included certification with Esther Myers of Toronto - student of Vanda Scaravelli, and further training with Aadhil Palkhivala (Purna), Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty (Ashtanga), Shiva Rae (flow yoga), Paul Grilley (anatomy), Bo Forbes (yoga for anxiety and depression), and Janice Clarfield for Prenatal Yoga Teacher Certification. She has continued training in workshops with Donna Farhi, Doug Swenson and David Swenson (Ashtanga), and Michael David Gach (acu-yoga), Erich Schiffman (Moving Into Stillness), Saul David Rae(thai yoga therapy), Sarah Powers (Yin Yoga) as well as many teachers in the Triangle area. Deborah also is a Family Nurse Practitioner and member of International Association of Yoga Therapists. Infusing breath, meditation, and belief in the present moment she teaches that yoga can move you and promote growth, comfort and happiness.
